DISCOVER - 3 days
"Discover" is the first degree of the Paragliding School. The students learn how to prepare, inflate, and control the wing on the ground (Ground Handling) and have their first solo flight experience if the weather allows it. At this level, all activities are done under the instructor’s supervision.
The training includes basic theoretical knowledge about weather, flight mechanics, air-laws, piloting and equipment, mental state awareness and emotional control. On the field, emphasis will be put on ground handling tasks and essentiel safety procedures. High flights might be performed but are not necessary to obtain the rating.

Practice on a virtual flight simulator (we are the only ones in Colombia using this technology)

don't worry, we can also offer Explore and Pilot courses.
Discover student may only fly under instructor supervision with radio communication. During high flights they must carry certified emergency parachute.
